Mr. J. Saravanabavan is an excellent administrator who has been working in M/s. Craftsman Automation for 10 years. He started his career in the logistics department and has climbed up the career ladder to lead the Department of Central Excise and Logistics.

Mr. J. Saravanabavan has handled customers all over India and is specialized in handling Central Excise related issues for customers under different state jurisdiction. He is well experienced in decision making and planning the cargo movement, warehousing/clearance, and vehicle movements.

Mr. J. Saravanabavan could understand the needs of customers and well plan the mode, documentation procedures and have expertise in handling the Govt. officials and tax formalities for different types of business industries according to their needs as well. He has solved the problems with Govt. officials at the toll and has suggested customers during issues.

Mr. J. Saravanabavan has earned good customer relationships in South as well as North.
